Experian have an exciting opportunity for an experianced Product Manager to own our Open Data Platform products. Responsible for the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of products including market requirements, commercial justification, defining, launching, development roadmaps and customer satisfaction. Accountable for developing and maintaining the product strategy and proactively leads, champions and drives product/ PCU business growth across the portfolio of products including the PCU and product level financial performance. Accountable for leading existing product development or changes via Innovation, market analysis, customer insight and competitor activity. The defines best practice and performance metrics, typically managing a portfolio of products and managing a team of product managers. Responsible for gaining senior stakeholder buy in, and maintaining all monthly and quarterly PCU performance financial KPI's (revenue, costs and EBIT Accountable for the development of financial budget and forecasting (revenue, costs, EBIT). Strategic Responsible for the development stake holder buy-in and maintenance of the PCU roadmap and accountable for the development and maintenance of the product roadmaps. Accountable for product initiatives/plan Develop and drive product strategy for PCU products and propositions, ensure it is well documented, accepted and supported Set and manage PCU financial targets Ensure Product roadmaps are clearly defined and updated, in line with market needs and regional priorities. Ensure product roadmap are confirmed with stakeholders and updated regularly Customer Champion a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything that Experian does. Ensure that good client / consumer outcomes are at the centre of decision making. Promote the development of client / consumer relationships and seek to exceed client's expectations. Act in a manner conducive to the fair and reasonable treatment of all consumers irrespective of whether these are Experian UK clients and consumers or not.
