Sales Executive

An outstanding sales opportunity has arisen at Verisure for an enthusiastic, confident, and collaborative full-time Sales Executive at our St Ives branch. We offer a basic salary of £16,216.20, which will be increased to £18,000 after the 4th month. We also offer an uncapped commission scheme, and our top-performing Sales Executives can earn more than £55,000. In this flexible Business Development Executive job, you will be converting warm leads from our call centre into sales. Your primary focus will be on meeting potential customers at their properties, introducing them to Verisure, explaining how the Verisure system works, and generating new sales. If you were already working in this Sales role, these are some of the challenges you would have been rising to this week: Converting warm leads into sales alongside a direct sales approach Creating long-term relationships with your customers and generating referrals from existing customers Creating your own sales opportunities by cold canvassing in businesses and residential areas Designing and installing a system bespoke to our customers' needs Besides a basic salary and uncapped commission, you will receive a favourable benefits package including a company car with fuel card (subject to terms), company mobile phone, pension plan, generous paternity and maternity leave, an excellent referral programme, and more Previous experience in sales is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
