Head of Social Media

Our client is a leading retail marketing agency based in the East Midlands, UK currently looking for a Head of Social Media to manage the social media campaign strategy for a range of clients. This position will report drectly to the MD The Role Manage a range of clients online presence by developing a strategy, producing good content, analysing usage data, and managing projects and campaigns. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels. Deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite. Benchmark and form key relationships with influencers and trends. With Account managers and Project Managers monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights. With our Commercial Director manage a budget for social media activities. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments to adapt and learn.
