If you have answered yes to the above questions, carry on reading Better Healthcare are looking for Young People's Support Workers to work in a fast paced environment with children aged 16-18, whose lives have been characterised by early childhood trauma. You will be supporting the young people in becoming independent in preparation for their transition to adulthood. This will be by supporting them in education, home life, day to day skills including cooking, cleaning, money management and preparing them for moving on.
