We're looking for a Reablement Support Worker to join our fantastic in-house care team based in Gladstone House, Newark. Our new Reablement Support Worker will be helping our short-stay residents and customers to regain independence and mobility in in a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Full time or part time. Set working shift patterns. Guaranteed hours contract Up to 28 days paid holiday per annum Company pension scheme Refer a Friend scheme Fixed workplace - No travelling required No experience required as full training and support is provided Free, confidential mental health and wellbeing support Career progression opportunities Enhanced weekend pay rates Responsibilities of this role Understanding the needs of our clients and developing your ability to recognise this Assisting clients to regain and maintain their physical wellbeing and personal independence Monitoring all outcomes of your care Communicating effectively with our customers, their family and friends, other health and social care professionals including the onsite social workers and occupational therapists Specific tasks may be identified for each client and will vary according to individual need and choice, to ensure our customers receive the best possible care and support.
