They are looking for experienced Support Workers to support their tenants in Supported Living and young people in their Children's Services based in Ipswich and Hadleigh, Suffolk. Our tenants and young people have complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, social and emotional difficulties, mental health, and physical additional needs with many needing your support with their personal care. Their Support Worker roles are paying an hourly rate of £8.91-£9.47 per hour depending on experience. Their contracted hours start from a minimum of 22 hours per week. With shift patterns, you will need to be flexible as their service is 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week, good Sleep-In rates, Overtime, and Night Worker rates. You will be working in a supportive environment, with comprehensive training and giving yourself the opportunity to succeed and progress within the Social Care Industry.
