Conference and Banqueting Manager - Luxury Hotel in Peterborough Location: Peterborough Salary: Negotiable We are looking for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to join the team of this luxury property in Peterborough. The C&B Manager will ensure the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring the hotel's high standards are always met and exceeded. THE DUTIES OF THE C&B MANAGER INCLUDE: Day to day operation for the C&B department Rotas, Budgeting and Forecasting Overseeing weddings, meetings and events Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene Training and Development of your team Maximising Sales Opportunities IDEAL CANDIDATE Have the ability to effectively manage high volumes of business within a pressurised environment Be proactive and forward thinking with excellent communication and organisational skills. Have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, reward and develop a team.
