Digital transformation is one of Staffline's main initiatives for 2021, and as an Agile Delivery Lead you will lead the delivery and roll out of one of our key projects, a Time and Attendance system. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines this role will be remote based. Once safe to do so the position will involve occasional travel to our sites or office in Nottingham. The Agile Delivery Lead Role Leading the delivery and rollout of our Time and Attendance system, you will be responsible for: Managing the overall rollout plan to ensure the target dates are met. Managing the pipeline of clients and sites through the pre-implementation stages of the process, undertaking demonstrations, and providing guidance to determine suitability and timelines. Liaising with Staffline onsite consultants through the implementation process and on to post implementation, ensuring the system lands well and is considered a success. Ensuring all business readiness activities are planned, ensuring a successful implementation. Removing blockers and ensuring progress is maintained. Supporting the triage and resolution of issues experienced with the T&A system. Providing support for site go lives, including post implementation monitoring and hyper care. Ensuring a successful handover from Digital to BAU support. Measuring the success of the implementation and the use of the system post go live. Escalating delivery and risks as needed. Providing insight, metrics, and management reporting on progress against the rollout plan to the Digital Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Working with the Analysis and Change, and Development teams to ensure new requirements and enhancements are captured and prioritised. Who are we looking for? To be successful in the Agile Delivery Lead role, you'll need to have: Experience working successfully within teams to deliver projects, business change, project and data insights that drive operational excellence. Experience of working on highly complex projects that have a large breadth of impact both in terms of scale and strategic importance. Experience of supporting clients and stakeholders through change and project implementations. Proven experience and knowledge of Agile Delivery best practice. Experience of delivering within Agile Scrum frameworks. A strong competence in complex problem solving. The ability to cope with fast paced, changing environments, and multiple demands. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. The ability to clearly articulate concepts and ideas, challenge effectively and manage expectations.
