Fleet Administrator

Our client is the leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare products in the UK, offering tailored healthcare solutions for their valued customers. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the central vehicle fleet team. Location: Nottingham Salary: £22,000 - 28,000 DOE annual bonus and a good benefits package You will be responsible for the financial and administrative processes and records of the businesses vehicles which is circa 2000 vans and 500 HGV's ensuring they are administrated accurately and in an efficient manner. The Fleet administrator will support the team on the administration of vehicle leasing, hire, PCNs, toll, RFL and fuel as well as compiling monthly and weekly management information reports for the finance teams. You will build effective working relationships with suppliers and liaise with them over the validation of invoices and support in the administration of the internal hire desk.
