HEAD OF PRACTICE- IT RECRUITMENT, NOTTINGHAM Up to £65,000 basic salary strong commission package (no threshold, between 10 - 25% on all billings plus an additional 15% quarterly bonus), 25 days' annual leave, discounted gym membership, pension, flexible working options, structured internal training, and career development. Harrison Sands are excited to be recruiting for a highly successful global consultancy that specialises in the placement of mid to senior-level IT, technology, business change, and transformation staff with a client base that ranges from blue-chip corporates to universities and local government as well as emerging tech businesses many of them being supplied to on an exclusive project basis. We're seeking a highly experienced IT recruiter to join their Nottingham team as a Head of Practice, overseeing a team of 4 staff (currently achieving against targets) as well as actively billing and developing your own solid client base, either within permanent, contract or dual desk. You will be joining an established team, who already supply to some fantastic Midlands HQ based blue chips and public sector organisations, so they do have an established database. As a Head of Practice you will be expected to have a network you can leverage and be able to develop new client relationships at CIO level which will form your desk, and long-term also see you increasing site profitability so as to enable you to grow the team further. This position will suit an IT recruiter who as a clear direction within their set specialism, is networked and a consistent high performer, and as such is looking for a progression opportunity within perhaps a more established organisation with a global reach, or a role which will move them into leadership and offer a salary and OTE uplift and further development opportunity to gain Directorship. As this position is for an experienced IT recruiter only, we are looking for minimum annual billings of £180,000 GP within your own client base and ideally a Consultant who has been involved with relationship build at senior level within their client base. As Head of Practice you will drive all client events, roundtables etc. the Nottingham offices are involved in and will report directly into a Regional Director.
