Our software solutions help our customers move goods around the world, more details available on our website, www.multifreight.com Due to growth, we are expanding and require enthusiastic, motivated people to join our busy Software Support Team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in one or more of the following; Freight Industry, Customs Clearance, IT Support, or Customer Services / Support. You will have great troubleshooting skills and be able to work on your own and part of a team. General Responsibilities: Provide software support to our customers via, email, telephone, Microsoft Teams and remote access tools such as TeamViewer. Help customers by resolving their queries via our support desk system. Becoming proficient in our software solutions to provide suitable support to our customers. Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Key Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience in one or more of the following; Freight Industry, Customs Clearance, IT Support, Customer Services / Support. Be highly computer literate and comfortable with using software applications. Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
