About the role. We are now looking to recruit for an Education Manager to lead and manage the Prison Education Framework to maximise contract performance, deliver quality provision and exceed the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of 'Improving Peoples Lives'. You should be motivated, enthusiastic and have a passion for education. You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You will need to be confident in managing curriculum development and have line management experience, including the ability to affect the performance of the teaching staff in ways which will improve learner outcomes. Due to the nature and scope of this role a driving licence and access to your own transport is essential. Why work for us?
