You don't need previous experience to become a care assistant, as we provide full training. Competitive rates of pay including mileage and travel time Full training is provided, and you will shadow alongside a senior member of our care team to ensure that you are confident before you manage your own call list. We pay higher than average rates of pay starting at £9.50 to £10.00. We pride ourselves in developing our staff and provide the opportunity for you to do your NVQ training if you wish.
