Our client is recruiting a Scheduler to work in their busy PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Certification Team on a permanent basis. This role involves helping to plan and co-ordinate routine testing to an agreed schedule. This requires liaising with customers, arranging for test items to be sampled, commissioning the required tests with the laboratory and drafting of letters and certificates. The role may also include helping to book in other work on a database for the certification team. Full training will be provided The successful candidate will have attained good GCSE/ 'A' level grades in a range of science based subjects. A degree would be desirable, and previous experience of working in test laboratories would be helpful, but neither are essential To be successful in this role you will also need to demonstrate: Excellent communication skills An analytical approach A high level of attention to detail and accuracy A good level of computer literacy Sound planning and organisational ability Good administration skills Experience of working with customers.
