Senior Transformation Project Manager - Social Care

Your new company This highly successful organisation in Norfolk is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead in transforming its Social Care services. This is an exciting project leading service delivery change and shaping to future of the organisation Your new role Working closely in collaboration with the Local Authority, the Senior Transformation Project Manager will lead and implement diverse, complex transformation projects across the organisations portfolio ensuring the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the strategic objectives of the company. As STPM you will hold accountability for the planning, management, risk mitigation and financial control of all projects to ensure the required results are achieved, within timescale on budget and to the service levels required by all key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include Leading the project management and delivery for multiple, complex transformation projects across a portfolio of residential care homes. Developing a detailed implementation plan in line with the agreed scope, ensuring it is cost effective and in line with stakeholder priorities to enable effective project completion. Leading the team members associated with the project workstreams and ensuring delivery of the project in line with expectations. Providing oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs and outcomes related to transformation project management. Building and maintaining constructive and supportive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders Helping to make strategic decisions and providing leadership to the project team to ensure implementation is successful. Effectively managing risks to mitigate any issues that may occur Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an experienced Project Manager, skilled in leading organisational change and service delivery projects, ideally within Local Government or Social Care. You must have substantial experience in leadership and managing people. This is a role which has multiple stakeholders, and many competing demands and requirements, so communication skills, commercial acumen and excellent organisational skills are crucial requirements of the role. The salary offered will be based on ability, experience, and skills and is up to £60,000. 25 days holiday and a workplace pension is offered.
