Support Worker

You'll join our friendly team of Support Workers at a small, homely residential service , where we support four adults with learning disabilities who share their own house. We support them to enjoy a range of interests and activities including shopping, summer BBQ's and listening to music from the 70's and 80's. You'll play a key part in making sure people can live as independently as possible, helping them be active members of their local community and joining in with their favourite pastimes and hobbies. . The most important thing for the people we support here is that their staff are cheerful, positive and don't rush them. Personal care is required. Shifts are worked on a rota basis to include days, evenings, nights, weekends and optional sleep-ins (1 per week). About you Experience isn't always necessary. If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you're likely to be a great fit.
