Learning & Development Lead (Careers & Performance)

We are seeking to recruit a passionate and collaborative Learning & Development professional to lead the creation and execution of our careers and performance strategies. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to make a true difference to an organisation going through unprecedented change. Drawing on your excellent communication, coaching & facilitation skills, you will engage, advise & influence managers and colleagues across the business on all aspects of career development and performance management. By designing a range of career pathways and empowering our people to take ownership of their own careers, you will drive a culture of self-directed learning and enable the building of organisational skills and capability across the organisation. As Learning & Development Lead you will also be responsible for the development of a new approach to performance, creating consistency in practice and equipping our people across the globe to have meaningful performance, development, and career conversations. About you With demonstrable experience of employee career development and performance management, perhaps gained in a role within a Learning and Development or more generalist HR role, you will know what 'good' looks like and be passionate about the value organisational development brings to an organisation and its people. With a collaborative working style and confidence managing a wide group of global stakeholders, you will need to business partner with different areas of the organisation, up to and including Executive Board, bringing people on the journey with you and carefully navigating complexity and ambiguity. To be successful in this role you will require experience of working in complex, matrixed environments, leading high-profile projects and effectively managing a busy and varied workload.
