Technical Manager Up to £75,000 DOE Car/Allowance Bonus, Healthcare, Pension. Nottingham. I have a great opportunity to join a National 5 HBF Rating PLC developer as a Technical Manager. The job would entail looking after the day-to-day running of the region and supporting the Technical Director with strategic elements to further facilitate growth of the business. Description Joining the region as Technical Manager, you will be charged with the day-to-day running of the Technical team, which consists of Architectural and Engineering professionals. You will be required to support the Technical Director in ensuring regional targets are hit, through ensuring KPI's are met. You will also play a key role in supporting the training, development and encouragement of young talent within the team. Alongside this, you will be running your own projects, and can expect to enjoy all the typical duties that fall within technical, from land appraisal, through to adoption and hand over. Profile To be successful in this position, you must have previous experience working for a volume residential developer of at least 10 years. You must also be well versed in managing a team and ensuring business objectives are met. Ideally you will have an engineering bias, or at least have enjoyed abundant exposure to engineering aspects on the role. A full driving licence is a must as you will be visiting sites and running your own more challenging projects for the business.
