Job Title Customer Services/Trainee Claims Handler On Offer £21 ,000 annual salary. Duties Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all prospect claims are dealt with from start to finish effectively. Client visits both in-house but also external. Assist the customer with their claims and offer relevant advice. As claims handler you will need to update your claims portfolio frequently. Your team manager will assist you with any complaints or issues and will support you with procedure when needed. It will be expected of you to achieve a 90% result in call monitoring and effective touches. You will also be expected to achieve a high result of inbound calls on the figures. Respond to customer's queries and needs and supporting them accordingly whether that may be to forward these queries to the appropriate department. Monitor new claims and diary these into your schedule. Follow up on clients and insurers. As a claims handler from time to time you will need to make a courtesy call to the customer regarding updates of the claim and book in an appointment if necessary. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have experience with MS packages As a trainee claims handler it will be crucial that you understand the aims of the company as well as the products and services offered by the company. The ideal candidate will be an organised, friendly, problem solving team player that can work calmly under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Strong communication skills. Heavily customer focused. The ideal candidate will be patient when communicating with customers. Ability to adapt day to day. Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
