IT Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our ICT Team based from our Nottingham office. You will be responsible for owning the IT service management processes including the day-to-day management of 3rd party suppliers, supporting ICT project delivery and coordinating the in-house teams providing 1st and 2nd line support to the business. We are looking for someone with previous experience managing the ICT Service Management and support environment including experience managing a team. This needs to be in an Office 365 environment including Azure AD, Intune and Exchange online. Previous experience of JIRA would also be useful. We also need you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical colleagues. You may also need to travel to some of our sites when required, so we need you to flexible on UK-based travel.
