HR Training Assistant

Our client is one of the UK's Top 15 food companies and a leading poultry producer in Europe. Based in Anwick, Sleaford. They are looking to expand their team internally by recruiting a Training Assistant for a 12-month period. This role reports to the training Co-Ordinator supporting across all general activities within the training department. The main duties will be: Assist the Learning and Development Team with admin tasks as required Ensure training documents are being adhered to and controlled Liaise with key stakeholders as required Maintain accurate assessment record and competency sign off Ensure records are kept to audit standard Update training on internal systems Assist with new starter inductions Produce KPI reports and evaluate training Skills and Experience Essential Excellent computer skills Organisation skills Minimum 1 year office/admin experience Good knowledge or Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Excellent communicator Professional manner and ability to deal with confidential material Experience Desirable Experience within a training role Experience using training databases - LMS Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 08:45-17:00, Friday 08:45-15:45 Pay Rate £9.71 per hour HGV/LV This job was originally posted as
