Digital Support Executive

Our client, with offices based in Peterborough, is seeking a Digital Support Executive to join them on a permanent full time basis. As Digital Support Executive, you will manage digital client relationships, managing technical support calls, dealing with client queries and supporting with website and social media issues, allocating tasks to in-house developers & internal teams, planning workloads with project team, support with growth of client projects, account management, making regular contact with clients to ensure service levels are adhered to. To be considered for this Digital Support Executive opportunity, you will have at least 12 months digital support experience, will have a good working knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms, understanding of HTML / CSS, project experience and strong verbal and written communication skills with great problem solving ability.
