Cover Supervisor

Our Norwich branch is working closely with an academy in Norwich that is seeking a long-term cover supervisor to join their team in April 2021. The right candidate will able to demonstrate a range of behaviour management strategies and be able to facilitate some online learning. This is a full-time vacancy offered through Step Teachers and is on-going. As a cover supervisor you will; Ensure the class are on target with the pre-set work Manage behaviour in accordance with the schools' behaviour policy Deliver feedback to teachers/pastoral staff where necessary As a cover supervisor we require; Experience working with young people The ability to work under pressure Knowledge of positive behaviour management The desire to positively inspire young people Our ideal candidate will either be an existing cover supervisor within a school or someone with extensive experience working with secondary aged children, you may even be a qualified teacher looking for a role with less marking and planning commitments.
