Chef De Partie - Norfolk Salary: &163;23,000.00-&163;25,000.00 per year The Role A small independent restaurant with a fantastic reputation, achieving many accolades such as (EDP Norfolk 'Restaurant of the Year, two AA rosettes, Michelin Guide and the Good Food Guide) are expanding their ever-growing team and looking to recruit a Chef De Partie to join the team. Our Chef De Partie will be expected to have a passion for food and the willingness and motivation to learn new skills. You must be energetic and enthusiastic, constantly striving to be better than yesterday. Duties & Responsibilities include: -Preparing foods and working under senior chef's guidance -Taking full control of your designated section, ensuring all is completed in the necessary timeframes & standards -Maintaining the highest level of food quality and ensuring products made are always consistent -Contributing new menu ideas to the senior chef team -Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation -Keeping the recipe folder up to date -Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers. -Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment at all times -Ensure temperature sheets are completed on a daily basis. -Taking responsibility of the cleanliness/organisation of the fridges -Taking full control of the dry stores - keeping the cupboard tidy and placing additional dry stores orders when needed.
