Your base location will be Thorpe Wood House an Anglian Water site. Anglian Water's Asset Delivery Planning Team deliver visibility of issues and risks affecting clean water and water recycling assets in order for opportunities for improvements to be identified, planned and delivered when needed. Joining the Water Services Asset Delivery Planning Team, and supporting the Portfolio Leads, a large part of your role will be to work with key stakeholders and business experts to develop and maintain dynamic system plans that align to regulatory requirements and business strategies. Linking in operational and tactical plans, you'll ensure all investments are captured and provide risk and cost information from system plans to support the investment planning process. Liaising with key stakeholders, you'll capture and embed post project risks, lessons learnt and future investment needs into system plans. In this busy role, you'll enable a clear line of sight and visibility of risk across the system to local and regional operational teams across the business stream. You'll provide a view of risk in a consistent and timely manner from system plans, and also support Portfolio Leads in prioritisation, updating system models and feedback to stakeholders. What does it take to be a Systems Planner? To be successful in your application, you should have a comprehensive understanding of water processes, it's preferable if you have achieved an Institute of Asset Management (IAM) qualification and a degree in a related subject. We need you to have a good understanding of business risk and risk management processes, along with the ability to influence at all levels. While prioritising and managing a dynamic workload, you'll have the ability to adapt, think strategically and challenge constructively. Opportunities are open to all suitably qualified candidates.
