HR Manager

A great role for has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to work within a people focused organisation covering a fixed term contract until the end of 2021. Working for an organisation with circa 100 employees and leading a small HR team, this is a great role for a strong generalist who enjoys a busy and varied role. Duties and responsibilities will include
• Leading the HR function
• Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Managing all complex employee relations cases
• Driving alignment between HR strategy and overall business goals
• Providing advice and guidance to Managers and the SLT
• Leading and implementing HR Projects
• Maintaining and renewing employee benefits programs
• Checking consolidated payroll prior to submission to payroll provider
• Managing HR and training budgets
• Overseeing company recruitment, working with hiring managers
• Keeping all HR information on intranet and any shared platform up to date Key skills and experience required; oProven experience working as an HR Manager in a commercial business oExperience of leading a team would be advantageous oStrong knowledge of UK employment law oStrong organisational and multi-tasking skills oA proactive and collaborative approach
