Digital Project Coordinator - The Role: This role is suitable for someone who has experience working within a digital agency, with a strong understanding of the different stages required for the successful delivery of a digital project. You should be highly organised, have strong and professional communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and have experience in dealing with various levels of management. You will be working very closely with the internal sales, design and the development teams at all times. Once a project has been sold, and the sales team carried out a handover meeting, the Project Coordinatoe will be tasked to gather additional information required for the successful delivery of the project. You will set deadlines, delegate tasks, and track activities within the project management tool identifying any potential risks. You will be responsible for completing the project tasks within the set project plan and you will report on the project progress to key stakeholders within the business. Digital Project Coordinator - Responsibilities: Working alongside development teams to understand proposed solutions and timelines and gather all the information, assets or access to the systems required for the project to commence Liaising with the internal team, the customer and reviewing the design questionnaire to set up a project board, as well as the different project stages so that the delivery team are aware of individual dates and their tasks at all stages. Overseeing the development and delivery of all aspects of the project via project management software Updating the customer and the sales team with any potential delays within the project timelines, identifying reasons for the delay, and finding a solution to minimise risks for the project completion date. Working alongside key stakeholders to plan future developments and identify new areas to add value to the project delivery and the communication between different stakeholders within the business Researching customer insights and advise customers on how to adapt to changes Assessing product profitability and support conversations around commercial agreements Digital Project Coordinator - Skills and Experience: Project management experience, using project management software is essential Previous working experience as a Digital Project or Account Manager within a digital agency, CRM or customer insight environment, is advantageous Experience of managing scheduling and resource dependencies, alongside the ability to split big features into small slices of independently deliverable value Exposure to CRM delivering customer insights is key, alongside knowledge of Agile processes and principles being advantageous (but not essential) Experience of backlog management tools is ideally required to be able to clearly express the connection between larger business goals and small backlog items Understanding of database structures and processes, including APIs and other data, transfer methods being advantageous (but not essential) Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data such as Google Analytics, presenting findings and utilising strong communication and client management skills.
