Demand Generation Manager

Our client, a leading application provider within the workflow, asset and building management industry, have an excellent opportunity for a Demand Generation Manager. They are seeking someone who loves product marketing and being at the heart of the business. In this role you will work closely with product leadership and product management. You will help define their offerings and build messaging to help inspire customers and prospects to want to learn more. You will also work with the internal marketing teams to develop messaging from thought leadership down to feature details that can be used across all aspects of marketing. Location: Remote / Cambridge Salary: &163;45k - &163;50k depending on experience Our client is looking for an exceptional demand generation manager to drive the growth of their business. This role sits on their marketing team and reports to the Director of Marketing. You'll be a key player in the development of their growth strategy using targeted campaign, programs and activities to engage their audience and educate them on the value of our client's platform and devices. Our ideal applicant will have/be; Demonstrated success in working in a demand generation capacity that has tight collaboration with product marketing, customer marketing and content marketing. Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors Experience of bringing a solution to new markets and growing your organisation to scale as the business grew. You have range in your writing and creative skills, with experience creating for a strategic executive audience as well as independent contributors. You can easily pivot in tone, production style and topics. Experience managing third party vendors including agencies and contractors Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a rapidly changing environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines Experience with enterprise Marketing Automation platforms (preferable HubSpot/Pardot), CRM (preferably Salesforce), and web personalization tools Experience in developing innovative and compelling presentations.
