Job Title: Customer Service Adviser Basis: Full time Permanent Employed Role. Location: Office Based in Peterborough PE8 6TJ. Target: Minimum of 12 Months experience of telephone based customer service in a sales environment preferred, but not essential. Rewards : Basic salary of £19500 plus a performance related bonus. OTE £23,500 plus benefits. Working Hours: (Permanent, Full Time Role) Mon-Fri 9AM - 5.30PM with occasional evening overtime to 7PM. Timeline : Immediate interviews. Start April 2021. The work of contacting our Lifetime clients and preparing them for their mortgage review appointment is the vital first stage in our Lifetime Customer Service proposition. This is a telephone based role so you will be articulate and engaging as well as being highly motivated, organised and detail conscious. You will also have good experience in sales and service, and demonstrate a positive, friendly and outgoing manner. Some mortgage industry experience is highly preferable. Main Purpose of Job: Proactively contacting and re-engaging our customers to arrange their mortgage review appointment with our Mortgage Advisers Ensure our customers are prepared for and fulfill their scheduled appointment with our Mortgage Advisers Delivering the highest level of customer service and professionalism to our mortgage customers, taking ownership of their mortgage appointment journey Maintaining strong and effective working relationships with our Mortgage Adviser teams. Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure. You will need to be accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes. You will possess a proven track record in the sales and customer service and have the personal determination to meet and exceed target's set. Benefits: Permanent Full Time Role.
