Overview: Position available for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join an established wealth education and events business based in Peterborough. The business provide educational courses, which focus on creating financial freedom with their customers globally, on topics such as property investment, online sales and digital entrepreneurialism. The Role: Based from the Head Office in Peterborough and reporting to Head-of level, t he scope of this role is to source, influence and secure new sponsorship clients and nurture the relationships of existing sponsors, who are either wanting to sponsor, or would benefit from sponsoring, our various platforms; these include, but are not limited to live and online events, podcasts, social media, books, etc. This Sponsorship Sales Manager will concentrate on selling high value event sponsorship packages to businesses, for all of the company brands; using highly consultative sales techniques to make them aware of the commercial advantages of sponsorship. Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients/ sponsor across all company brands; Generate increased revenue through proactive selling on the phone and face to face (virtually and physically); Write proposals, pitch, negotiate and close business; Support and advise sponsors on the best possible package to suit their business needs; Maintain existing relationship with active sponsors; Create, track and manage own sales pipeline; Update the CRM with accurate information in a timely manner; Provide regular updates for the team; Become an expert within the industry and knowledgeable of clients' business; Work within agreed timelines and keep the team updated on progression; Meet and/or exceed sales targets; and Analyse data & KPIs for continual improvement. Requirements: The Sponsorship Sales Manager will ideally have B2B Sponsorship sales experience, either at previous Manager or Exec level (we are happy to consider those looking to take a step-up). Previous experience of Sponsorship Sales; Demonstrable experience of managing a sales target; Face to face customer experience; Determined and ambitious; Motivated, strategic and results orientated. Location: Peterborough Salary: £30,000 - £35,000, with £60k OTE uncapped comms and extensive benefits .
