Stamford High School are looking to appoint 2 Learning Support Assistants (LSA).

The role of the LSA is to provide literacy support for pupils with a range of difficulties to enable them to access the curriculum and progress to their full potential.


Working Arrangements:
 Role 1 – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday- permanent role
 Role 2 – 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday – fixed term role for up to 1 year to cover a period of maternity leave.


The roles will involve working within the Learning Support Department to support small groups of pupils to develop their skills, and supporting pupils in-class within lessons.


Applicants must have a good standard of education and be able to engage and motivate pupils.
