Implementation Manager, Client Support, Post Sales - SaaS - Software £30,000 to £33,000 Bonus Benefits Permanent Newmarket, Suffolk A UK-based organisation that creates online services for world leading educational institutions is looking to recruit a confident Implementation Manager, Post-Sales Support Manager to coordinate our dedicated service and technical team and to deliver top quality support to our portfolio of local and international clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and/or supporting multiple complex SaaS, Software implementation projects Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Implementation Manager, Client Support, Post Sales - SaaS - Software > Coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous SaaS, Software implementation projects. > Maintain our exemplary client service support and handle escalations. > Conduct regular client briefings and project calls. > Update and maintain the client project documents and systems. > Work with the Technical Director to coordinate our technical team resources. > Oversee the investigation of client issues. > Oversee quality assurance testing of our projects and products. > Coordinate and provide training for clients on service and feature functionality. > Perform continuous process improvement and streamlining opportunities Essential Skills & Experience Implementation Manager, Client Support, Post Sales - SaaS - Software Experience of client implementation SaaS, Software projects/configuration Familiar with SaaS, Community Engagement platforms (ideal) Software related project management/implementation support Familiar with project management software i.e. - Monday.com.
