IT Service Support Analyst

The Role: We are currently recruiting for an IT Service Support Analyst to be based at our Haverhill site in Suffolk. The position will involve, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities: Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve IT related incidents. Install, configure and proactively maintain all IT hardware, software, systems and peripherals. Responsibility for managing backups Maintain records of company IT assets & software licensing Provide server & end user support Ensure the security & integrity of the computer systems/data Undertake small to medium IT projects as instructed by the IT Service Manager About You: Educated to Degree level with a minimum of two A Levels preferably including a computer related subject OR suitable experience/certification obtained 2-3 years' experience in a similar position Excellent analytical/problem solving skills Excellent communication skills A willingness to learn and develop new skills A 'Hands on' & friendly approach Innovative attitude Driving license Desirable Knowledge: Networking/ VPN/Cisco Windows Server Active Directory/Group Policy/DNS/DHCP Mitel MiVoice Office 250 Hyper-V/VMWare SQL Server Benefits: Salary sacrifice pension scheme Life assurance - 2x annual salary Private health care 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays Profit share bonus
