2nd line Desktop Support Engineer required to work in St. Albans. My client is looking for talented individual(s) with a extensive technical background who is also passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys problem solving. You would have worked in a similar business for at least 3 years and have a growing passion for IT. Main Responsibilities: Delivery of high quality remote & on-site support on a range of technical issues and problems Responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, client issues, queries or incidents. Respond to, handle incidents and escalate problems on the variety of platforms You will have a 'hands on' problem solving approach; solving problems within strict SLA time frames Skills required: 3yrs proven 2nd line experience Windows Server Operating systems - 2012 and above Desktop Operating systems - Windows 10 Pro / MAC Office 365 Admin Microsoft Exchange Administration Active Directory Administration Network troubleshooting. Email Security Solutions & Online Backup / DR Must have good client facing skills as this is B2B and not internal. IT certifications such as MCP, CCNA CompTIA are an advantage. Please note; this will be office based and no remote working. You must have own transport as you will be required to travel, locally to client's sites.
