Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting a Permanent Customer Service Advisor for a dynamic, forward thinking company in Grantham. You will be working as part of a small Customer Service team, working directly with your line manager along with various other departments and managers within the company. You will mainly be handling incoming telephone calls from customers, processing orders, handling any queries that may arise, processing relevant paperwork and documents. You will also be calling current customers. There would also be other duties required within the scope of your role. In order to be considered, you will: - have a keen eye for detail - have a good telephone manner - be confident on the phone - have previous experience in customer service. If you're looking to work within a small friendly team and you enjoy communicating with customers on a day to day basis then this could be for you, every day will be different.
