We are looking for enthusiastic Chef De Parties to work in either our Garden Room or our 2 Rosette Oak Room Restaurants.
You will take responsibility for your section under the keen eye of our Head Chef Mark Alsop and Chef Patron Paul Reseigh.
You will be ambitious, dynamic and keen to learn each day.
Our Garden Room serves all day from breakfast, brunch and then the full menu from 12 noon until 10 pm. The Oak Room serves Lunch and Dinner.
Our new team member will have a genuine passion and knowledge for food have the ability to communicate clearly and to be able to remain calm under pressure have a flexible attitude in their approach, show initiative and work both well on their own or supporting others desirably have experience for 1/2 rosette, but not essential
