HR/Recruitment Administrator - 6 month contract - Start - ASAP

This excellent 6 month contract is based in Nottingham or can be 100% remote depending on your preference. About you:- You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience in an HR or Recruitment role, excellent written communications and experience of recruiting ideally tech hires but other disciplines will be considered. The role will also involve providing admin support for L&D, and you will need to have a can-do attitude, combined with a fun outgoing personality. Skills/experience:- You will have previous experience as an HR or Recruitment administrator Familiar with sourcing, screening, interviewing, on-boarding candidates Preparing and posting job ads, screen CV's, schedule interviews, source passive candidates Experience using recruitment software and social networks Strong written, organisational, and time-management skills Strong team-player, relationship builder Able to develop relationships with senior stakeholders at C level You will also be responsible for internal communications which will include:- Researching and preparing articles for weekly news Updating the intranet Run on-line actives on the on-line slack channel Ad hoc admin tasks Sending weekly Covid 19 communications Culture reps and mental health champions If you are immediately available or can start at short-notice, are keen to work in a fun, focussed business who are incredibly innovative and forward thinking then please click APPLY now.
