Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing first level line management of cleaners and caretakers and providing day to day administration support for the Estates Management Team. Duties will include absence management, providing training support, conducting interviews, responding to queries, maintaining records and resolving problems. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail skills together with a flexible approach.
