Customer Service Administrator - Manufacturing

Salary: &163;22,000 - &163;24,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (the department must have cover from 8.30am - 5pm so the exact hours will need to be agree with the team if you were successful in the process)

Duties:

  • Processing sales orders from receipt of order, through to receipt of order and invoicing
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and intercompany enquiries relating to stock, pricing, quotations, dispatch dates and tracking
  • Managing customer returns
  • Managing the despatch schedule for 3rd party orders
  • Creating deliveries and invoices for shipments
  • Liaising and working in partnership with various departments including procurement, sales, and operations


Your background, Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience working within an office-based customer services role
  • Experience using SAP for sales order processing or other processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good at building relationships at all levels
  • High levels of IT literacy including MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience within manufacturing is desirable as is experience of export compliance procedures
