Senior Associate Director, Brain & Mind Health University of Cambridge Development and Alumni Relations £55,751 - £64,604 per annum We now seek a Senior Associate Director, Brain & Mind Health, to help us realise this ambition and ensure that we can contribute to the prevention, prediction and treatment of disease - from mental disorders to neurogenetic conditions to diseases of ageing such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. The Senior Associate Director, Brain & Mind Health, will build and implement a new and ambitious fundraising programme, securing 6 and 7 figure gifts in support of students, posts, research and infrastructure. Developing a global constituency of supporters will be key to addressing current institutional needs and opportunities - and foundational in enabling us to realise longer-term ambitions, notably for a significant new capital development. You will be a talented major gifts fundraiser or equivalent who wants to secure gifts at the transformational level. Collaborative, strategic and innovative in approach, key to your success will be the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, senior level staff across Collegiate Cambridge, academics and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
