Regional Technical Asset Manager - North

We are now recruiting a Regional Technical Asset Manager to lead and oversee asset management activities in our North region. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of asset management are delivered effectively and efficiently including; Sinking Fund Works / Asset investment planning and delivery, working closely with the Defect Manager on defect investigation, management and resolution. You will also provide support on proactive maintenance, energy and environmental management and Health & Safety performance regarding asset management. We are looking for someone with strong experience in Asset Management, including experience managing Sinking Fund or Life Cycle works on a large/complex asset portfolio. If this is experience is within a Student Accommodation background, this is a bonus but we are equally open to related industries. Associated experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Cost Management is also beneficial. We need you to have excellent communication skills both externally with clients and internally, with the ability to lead a team and to manage multi-disciplinary consultants and work with stakeholders across the business.
