HR Systems Analyst

We are now on the lookout for a HR Systems Analyst to support the configuration and on-going process improvement of HR Systems to satisfy business requirements. This role is responsible for ensuring end user centric design and assuring quality through the end to end test process, making certain issues relating to performance and stability are escalated and managed where appropriate. The HR Systems Analyst ultimately provides technical support, coaching and guidance to HR stakeholders. What are the key accountabilities of a HR Systems Analyst? Communicate fluently and be able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Leads small service improvements planning, scheduling and monitoring of own work within agreed deadlines. Implement defined procedures and standards and create new or identify evolutions to existing procedures. Coach less experienced employees including new starters in the use of HR Systems. Produce documented well-structured test assets, compliant with departmental standards. Help secure business acceptance upon test completion and promote the automation team throughout the company. Diagnose faults, repair, take preventative maintenance actions and daily service tasks, determining when issues should be escalated to a higher level. What will it take to be successful as a HR Systems Analyst? Experience in a 'hands on' HR Systems Support or configuration role. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud including user administration, system configuration and data extraction. Ability to define and document user requirements . Knowledge of current HR policy and best practice. Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Experience of developing strong working relationships with an internal HR and IT function and 3rd party software providers. Why Choose Us?
