HR Business Partner (FTC)

Your new company A prestigious and innovative manufacturer based in Norwich have an exciting Associate HR Business Partner job on a fixed term basis until Jan 22. Your new role Partnering with a designated area of the business, you will be advising on HR strategy, policies, and practices supporting stakeholders in the UK, Europe and Asia. You will be proactively involved in all HR and people aspects of the teams you are partnering. These areas will include recruitment, development, organisation design, robust performance management, employee engagement and employee relations matters. You will also work with the other Business Partners and contribute to HR Operational plans, e.g. policy and training development. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR generalist who is used to working at pace. Commercially wired, you can manage conflicting priorities with ease, and have noteworthy communication skills. Driven by providing a world class service to internal customers, you will be excellent at building relationships and be able to influence at all levels. The ability to be able to work autonomously as well as part of a high-functioning team is key. What you'll get in return You will be WFH until August then in then office 2/3 times a week as required. This role is full-time, but the hiring manager will consider part-time applications and flexible working requests. Benefits include 25 days holiday, Pension and Health Cover.
