OneMHR Role Responsibilities MHR are looking for a Software Delivery Lead to work with and lead a team of software engineers to deliver world class software solutions. Provide leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams Plan release content and schedule Ensure that all deliverables from their teams meet or exceed requirements for time, cost and quality. Provide hands on development and contribution to timeboxes. Ensure all developments are completed on time, to budget and to the highest possible quality standards Continually review, improve and ensure compliance with appropriate technical standards Attend User Groups and meetings Promote team wellbeing and motivation Work with Product Owners to produce timebox plans that best reflect the present needs of the business and customers Ensure that quality, reuse, security, scalability, maintainability, operational costs, user experience, business value and other non-functional characteristics are considered as part of product development Involvement in the recruitment and selection / assessment process To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably delegated by your Manager in light of skill set and capabilities.
