Interm HR Advisor

Ashley Kate are partnering with a leading and growing business in the York area who are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join their busy HR Function for a period of 12 months. This is a well established and highly successful business You will be the initial point of contact for general HR queries and will provide HR advice and support to managers and teams across a number of sites. You will support the team with delivering the Learning & Development plan, manage absence levels and support with on boarding and recruitment where required. What you will be doing:
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries
• Coach/Guide/Support Managers with employee relations, in particular absences
• MI reporting and lead initiatives to address any trends which may appear
• Work on continuous policy improvements
• Advise managers on formal processes and provide HR support throughout
• Own or assist on ad-hoc projects
• Partner with managers to provide advice and training on policies/processes
• Support delivery of L&D across the site To be considered you will be an experienced HR Advisor. If you have experience with managing HR within an Irish remit this is of particular interest.
