Payroll Administrator

Ashley Kate are searching for an experienced Payroll Administrator for our client based in Huddersfield, This is a new permanent role and working on site at the clients offices. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Key deliverables for this role are:
• Ensure the monthly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner, this includes starters, leavers, TUPE, and other movements.
• Effectively liaise with the external payroll providers.
• Working with external suppliers on benefits and share purchase schemes.
• To continuously review internal and external payroll processes and suggest improvements.
• Dealing and resolving payroll related queries in an efficient and effective manner.
• To undertake pension scheme administration and reconciliation.
• To produce payroll reports for internal management. This will be a busy role especially during the monthly payroll process, there will be quieter times of the month between payrolls but during this time the administrator will be rolling forward the payroll, adding starters and leavers, dealing with queries and any other aspects of payroll admin. There is over 2000 on the UK payroll and the client uses an external payroll provider Interviews will take place from 8th June, so applications are encouraged ASAP to be considered.
