Are you ready to help us make the future? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer your territory will cover UK and pan Europe partners. You will be responsible for developing the sales territory for the Engines & Software line of business within the Sensing and Internet of Things (SIoT) business group for SPS, a division of Honeywell. The Technical Sales Engineer will provide primary technical pre-sales support, for barcode scanning software and hardware technologies, to one or more assigned account managers throughout the sales cycle with the objective of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual quota assignments. Technical Sales Engineer: Provide primary technical pre-sales support to customer sales visits (both virtually and face to face) to drive demand for our products and solutions Identify opportunities, Articulate and deliver value proposition Manage momentum through the sales cycle Establish strong relationships with customers and partners to be recognized as the "trusted technical advisor" Support the channel of authorized partners training and support Participate in Regional and Industry Trade Shows Help to drive new product introduction (NPI) promotion activities to increase the product adoption rate You Have: Significant experience in a technical role related to barcode scanning or vision systems. Demonstrated solutions experience with Barcode Engines & Software line Excellent communications skills, with the ability to present to audiences. Knowledge of system integrators, value added partners and independent software vendors (ISV) in the Automated Information and Data Capture (AIDC) sector. Significant experience in supporting sales within the Automated Information and Data Capture (AIDC) sector. Understands and is able to articulate a value proposition to customers.
