2nd Line Support Engineer We're looking for a 2 nd Line Support Engineer for a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast-growing SaaS company. This company has had a great year in 202 and are looking for a 2 nd Line Support Engineer to ensure the internal IT infrastructure runs securely & efficiently in a rapidly growing company Key responsibilities:
• Assisting the department and senior team in maintaining core IT systems
• Escalating service desk tickets as appropriate
• Contributing to small scale IT projects
• Purchasing and commissioning IT software and equipment
• Documentation Key Skills:
• Office 365
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Azure AD
• Familiarity with one Linux Distribution.
• Teams
