About the role They have a number of exciting vacancies for Product Analyst's to support their tech team with integrating new services (applications and infrastructure) into their existing portfolio, modernising legacy platforms and enabling their move to the cloud. The role collaborates closely with both tech and business colleagues across a variety of requirements & workstreams. Objectives Confidently lead discussions and workshops with the business to define user requirements. Create and deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for the product requirements. Work consultatively with Scrum development teams, forming the bridge between customer requirements and technical delivery capability. Take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog by creating, planning, prioritizing the user requirements. Act as the conduit between the business and the development team in reviewing , testing and acceptance of the product. Who they are looking for Have demonstrable experience of product ownership and business analysis of user requirements. Formal Agile and Scrum training and demonstrable experience within an Analysis or Product Owner capacity would be preferable. Strong negotiation, influencing, and facilitation skills required to get things done and collaborate with key stakeholders. Proven problem solving skills with a solutions-focused approach Ability to deal with ambiguity and change in business focus. Excellent interpersonal skills. Be self-sufficient and self-motivated Have a flexible and adaptable approach. Devotion for new technologies and how they can be harnessed to drive business outcomes.
