On Track Project Co-ordinator. Norwich. £28,349 - £31,927 per annum. 37 hours per week. 12 months temporary contract (maternity cover). About the organisation: The Matthew Project is a value driven charity working across East Anglia giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. On Track has received funding from the National Lottery through the Community Fund and the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. About the role: We are looking for an experienced professional to manage the On Track team. You will need to have a commitment to partnership working with a relevant qualification or experience and an understanding of the issues facing young people in relation to multiple and complex needs and unemployment. You will coordinate the day to day management of the On Track project, provide leadership and guidance to the On Track staff team to ensure project targets and outcomes are met. Other elements of the role include; networking, promoting sustainability and diversity within the project and raising the profile of the On Track service across the county. The office base for this post is Norwich but will cover a wider geographical area across the whole of Norfolk. The work will be carried out within the service location and in the community; the ability to travel is essential.
